Catch Invest in Bergen at NASF 2022

Invest in Bergen will attend the 17th North Atlantic Seafood Forum. Returning to Bergen after its 2021 digital hiatus, the event will be held from June 21st-23rd.

Hailed as “the world’s largest top executive seafood business conference”, NASF 2022 will gather executives, experts and regulators from the seafood and aquaculture industry. It will serve as both a platform and a networking opportunity for them. In addition, it will allow them to share vital insights shaping the industry, news on the latest innovations and an overview of the current financial and economic issues impacting it.

With more than 700 participants expected, this conference will include 16 “highly relevant sessions” and a line-up of 150 speakers. This year’s event will also allow delegates to participate in Bergen and online.

Key topics to be discussed

Over the course of this three-day conference, various sessions and presentations will be held on key topics related to the global seafood industry. This will include discussions on “critical post-covid challenges”, their impact and how to address them.

Among these themes, climate change and sustainability in the seafood industry will be touched on. In addition, there will also be sessions on seafood innovation, industry decarbonisation and post-covid consumer trends.
