A Norwegian ocean industry startup/scaleup? Connect with capital

This meeting place for ocean startups, corporates and investors is taking place in Bergen Monday 7th of April 2025. The event provides a platform for emerging companies to showcase their innovations in aquaculture, renewable energy, marine robotics, and ocean sustainability. Startups and scale-ups will have the opportunity to pitch directly to venture capitalists, corporate investors, and experienced mentors, seeking critical support for scaling their businesses. All participant swill also be able to listen and learn from talks by Silicon Valley experts.

Startuplab is Norway's largest incubator, accelerator and investor for ambitious tech entrepreneurs. Today Startuplab is located in both Oslo and Bergen, with more than 110 active member companies at any given time and has since the start made investments in more than 160 companies. The accelerator runs twice every year and Startuplab Ventures meets with companies year-round.

Ocean city Bergen hosting One Ocean week

Renowned for its rich maritime history and pioneering ocean technology, Bergen is uniquely positioned to host an event like Ocean 2030. The event aligns seamlessly with Norway’s ambitions to lead sustainable ocean-based industries while promoting long-term economic growth.

The “2030 Ocean” event is taking place during One Ocean Week 2025. This is a full week focused on promoting a sustainable use of the ocean, running from April 5th to April 11th, 2025 in Ocean City Bergen. The event includes conferences, meetings, workshops, and activities related to ocean sustainability. 

The week is open to everyone who is interested in preserving and using the sea, the lakes and marine resources in a sustainable way.
