Børdalen is a greenfield data center that is ready-zoned. The site is close to a strong grid connection point and hydro power production site, and can hence provide dual feed electrical power at 100 MV.
Big Data Valley in Børdalen is an excellent place for your data centre. Børdalen, located in Samnanger municipality in western Norway, is a strong junction point in the power grid. There is also the potential for an additional clean energy supply for the area. Construction could begin in 2019, pending the expected finalisation of the zoning process.
Børdalen is approximately a 40-minute drive from Bergen’s city centre and from the city’s international airport, providing easy access to a range of amenities as well as vital infrastructure. Redundant fibre connectivity is also available.
